Qualifications

● Minimum1-2years of experience managing a retail store, preferably in the meat industry.

● Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving profitability.

● Superb leadership skills to motivate and empower your team.

● In-depth knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and hygiene procedures.

● Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for exceeding expectations.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
