Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service. Ensure the quality of laundry services meets company standards. Monitor and manage the store's budget, expenses, and revenue Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the laundry or retail industry.
