Responsibilities Oversee store operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer service. Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed store targets. Implement store policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance. Develop and manage store budgets, expenses, and revenue goals. Lead and mentor a team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction. Analyze reports and metrics to make data-driven decisions for improvements. Ensure inventory management and control to meet customer demands effectively. Handle customer escalations and provide solutions to enhance customer experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field. Proven experience as a Store Manager for at least 6-13 years. Strong understanding of store operations, Key Result Areas (KRAs), and performance management systems. Excellent skills in customer handling, SIP, KPI analysis, and relevant store operations. Proficiency in using analytical tools to track and report key metrics for decision-making. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions. Knowledge of inventory management, sales techniques, and retail industry trends. Show more Show less
