Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fashion brand retail store. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing a team, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. Apply :- Male only Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including sales, staffing, visual merchandising, and inventory management Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store revenue and meet sales targets Ensure that customer service standards are met and maintained at all times Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee development Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner Monitor and analyze sales and inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations Requirements: Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager in the fashion industry Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems Bachelor's degree in business administration, fashion merchandising, or related field (preferred) This is a full-time position with flexible hours and a competitive salary.
