Key Responsibilities: Store Operations & Sales: Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets. Monitor inventory management , stock levels, and visual merchandising. Customer Experience & Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training and guiding the store team. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a seamless shopping experience . Implement strategies to improve customer retention and brand loyalty . Reporting & Compliance: Analyze sales data, footfall, and conversion rates to improve store performance. Ensure the store follows company policies, safety regulations, and brand guidelines . Manage billing, cash handling, and financial reporting . Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role. Proven ability to drive sales and manage store profitability . Strong team management, leadership, and problem-solving skills . Excellent communication and customer service skills.
