Studio Manager (Entry-Level Welcome) Overview We’re on the lookout for a motivated and service-focused Studio Manager to join our team and help run the day-to-day operations of our studio. This role involves overseeing studio activities, managing schedules, keeping inventory in check, and supporting business goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily studio operations and delegate tasks to team members Support hiring, onboarding, and training of studio staff Monitor budgets and manage studio expenses efficiently Ensure stock and service availability by keeping track of inventory and vendor coordination Analyze sales data and assist in planning for growth Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with a positive attitude Welcome clients warmly and guide them through studio services Explain tattoo procedures and aftercare clearly to customers Help schedule appointments for artists and customers Utilize tools like Zoho CRM to manage customer information and studio workflows What We’re Looking For A graduate degree or equivalent education Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced studio environment Strong leadership potential and team collaboration skills Customer-first mindset and a basic understanding of business operations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with tools like Zoho CRM is a plus (but not mandatory) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
