Oversee sales team performance, provide guidance on customer service standards, and resolve customer complaints. Ensure accurate stock levels by conducting regular inventories and implementing effective stock control measures. Maintain a clean and organised showroom environment to enhance the customer shopping experience. Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in retail management or related field (preferably from an apparel industry). Strong knowledge of retail merchandising principles, inventory control systems, and store operations best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively; strong leadership qualities required.
