We are looking for a responsible and organised Store Keeper to manage and maintain our inventory and stockroom operations. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, verifying, and storing materials, issuing items as per requirement, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
· Maintain proper inventory records and update stock registers.
· Issue materials as per requisitions and ensure timely stock replenishment.
· Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for requirements.
· Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of goods.
· Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
· Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a storekeeper or in inventory management.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP preferred).
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
· Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in a related field.
