About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Storekeeper / Warehouse Executive to manage our inventory operations in Ahmedabad. The right candidate will ensure smooth stock management, accurate documentation, and support day-to-day warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
• Issue materials and products as per requisitions.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and raise timely reorder requests.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments for inventory requirements.
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and inventory updates.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards within the store.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts or pallet jacks) if required.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Executive (preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel or inventory software).
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Physically fit to lift or move materials when needed.
• Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
