Job Description

Position: Store Incharge Location: Manesar We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, ensuring the availability of materials, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with various departments to support smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the store. Monitor stock levels, perform regular stock audits, and ensure proper inventory management. Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including incoming and outgoing goods. Prepare reports on stock status, inventory usage, and discrepancies. Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration of materials. Coordinate with procurement and other departments to fulfill material requests. Implement and maintain safety and security protocols in the store. Supervise and train store staff, if applicable. Manage documentation related to goods, including invoices, delivery challans, and receipts. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in store management or inventory control. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office. Good communication and leadership skills.
