Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve complaints promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and expenses. Ensure all products are fresh and adhere to expiry and quality norms. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and restocking. Implement promotional activities and seasonal offers effectively. Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management review. Train new staff on store policies, customer handling, and product knowledge. Ensure all billing and cash handling processes are accurate and secure. Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for customers to enhance store reputation.
