Hello All, Greetings of the day!! We are currently hiring for Store Incharge for one of our client. Location: Medipalle ,Hyderabad Job Summary: The Store In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective management of staff, inventory, and customer service. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to achieving sales targets and maintaining a positive store environment. Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Monitor and manage store supplies and resources. Handle cash management and banking procedures. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts. Place orders and manage stock replenishment. Conduct regular stock checks and audits. Minimize stock loss and shrinkage. Properly receive and process incoming shipments. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Ensure staff maintain a customer-focused attitude. Handle customer transactions and returns efficiently. Maintain a positive and welcoming store atmosphere. Staff Management: Assist in the training and supervision of store staff. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively. Motivate and encourage staff to achieve sales targets. Assist in the scheduling of staff shifts. Provide feedback to staff, and report staff performance to the store manager. Sales and Performance: Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets. Prepare sales reports and other relevant documentation. Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions. Ensure proper displays and merchandising. Security and Loss Prevention: Monitor store security and implement loss prevention measures. Report any security or safety concerns to management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in inventory management. Basic computer skills, including POS systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
