Job Title: Store Incharge (Banquet / Hotel)
We are hiring a Store Incharge for our Banquets at Orriva by Awadh, he will be responsible for the overall Store of our Banquets and help in smooth working of the activities related to Store and Purchase Department.
Key Responsibilities of a Store Incharge are following:
Inventory Management:
Overseeing and managing inventory levels of all banquet operational stock, including china, cutlery, glassware, linens, and event equipment.
Conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and minimize loss (shrinkage control).
Monitoring stock levels, identifying slow-moving items, and preparing requisitions for new supplies based on par levels and upcoming event needs.
Implementing and maintaining inventory management systems, such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for perishable goods, to ensure quality and control costs.
Receiving and Dispatching Goods:
Receiving all incoming goods and deliveries, verifying that they match purchase orders/requisitions in terms of quantity and quality.
Refusing acceptance of damaged or incorrect items and coordinating the return process with vendors.
Ensuring efficient storage and distribution of materials to the appropriate event spaces or kitchen areas.
Operational Coordination and Management:
Liaising with the Banquet Manager, Head Chef, and Sales team to understand specific event requirements (Banquet Event Orders or BEOs) and ensure all necessary items are available.
Supervising the setup and tear-down of meeting/banquet rooms, ensuring all client specifications are met.
Coordinating with internal and external departments to streamline processes and ensure timely service delivery.
Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of all storage areas and facilities in compliance with health and safety and hygiene regulations.
Financial and Administrative Duties:
Maintaining accurate records for inventory, labor costs, and food costs.
Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring expenses to achieve maximum profitability and control costs.
Managing documentation such as delivery challans, invoices, and function sheets, and filing them appropriately.
Utilizing inventory management software or systems to track data and generate reports for management review.
Staff Supervision:
Supervising and managing store personnel, including scheduling, training, and development.
Fostering a positive team atmosphere and resolving any internal conflicts efficiently.
Ensuring all staff adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and professional appearance standards.
Job Timings: 11 in Morning to 9 in Evening
Experience: 2 years to 4 years as a store incharge in a Store of a Hotel or Banquet
Salary Range: 18000 INR to 25000 INR
Job Location: Orriva by Awadh, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad.
Qualification: 10th to 12 Pass
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
