· Additional certification in inventory or materials management will be an added advantage

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and technically sound Store In-Charge to manage construction site store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, hands-on experience in materials management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project and procurement teams. The candidate must be ready to join immediately and ensure seamless material control and availability at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations including material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance at the project site.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials using ERP / inventory management systems.
• Conduct periodic physical verification and ensure stock reconciliation with system records.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material replenishment as per project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain all relevant documentation (GRN, MRN, issue slips, return notes, etc.).
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to minimize damage and wastage.
• Track material consumption against project requirements and report discrepancies.
• Manage disposal of scrap and surplus material as per company policy.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company standards in store operations.
• Supervise and train store personnel for efficient performance.
• Support internal and external audits related to materials and inventory.

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, consumables, and equipment.
• Strong understanding of ERP / inventory management systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally or equivalent).
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and material specifications.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to join immediately and adapt to fast-paced site environments.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
