Job Description: Store Incharge – Solar EPC

Reporting To: Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Material & Inventory Management

• Manage inward and outward materials including solar modules, inverters, cables, structures, fasteners, and BOS items.
• Maintain accurate stock records, GRNs, issue slips, and return notes.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Ensure proper storage, safe handling, and preservation of all solar EPC materials.

2. Coordination

• Coordinate with Procurement Manager, Project Engineers, Logistics, and site teams for timely material flow.
• Follow up with vendors for delivery updates, shortages, replacements, and damaged materials.
• Arrange transportation and dispatch of materials to project sites.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain invoices, delivery challans (DCs), E-way bills, warranty certificates, and serial/batch details.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports including stock summary, inflow/outflow, and dispatch updates.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit-ready documentation.

4. Store Operations

• Maintain a well-organised, clean, and secure store.
• Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and material segregation.
• Track issue and return of tools and equipment from site teams.
• Implement control measures to avoid pilferage, wastage, and damage.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of inward and outward material handling, stock maintenance, and inventory control.
• Experience in managing solar EPC materials and components.
• Hands-on experience in ERP/SAP/Tally or similar inventory management software.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight project deadlines.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility.

Educational Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
