Job Description

As the Store Head, your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the store. You will be responsible for leading the store team, driving sales, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Your strategic direction will be key in meeting revenue and profit targets, upholding high standards, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. - Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets - Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet revenue goals - Oversee inventory management to maintain stock levels and minimize shrinkage - Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and create action plans for improvement - Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards - Manage store operations including cash handling, facility maintenance, and security - Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and visual merchandising - Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers - Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and inventory Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field - Proven experience in a similar role in building material or retail industry - Ability to drive and achieve sales targets - Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a team - Proficient in inventory management and retail software - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of building materials and construction products - Analytical skills to identify sales opportunities - Decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays - Understanding of safety and security protocols in a retail environment - Track record of achieving financial targets and operational KPIs - Customer-centric mindset for enhancing shopping experience - Retail management certification is a plus Please note: The skills required for this role include marketing collaboration, sales management, building materials knowledge, visual merchandising, leadership, point-of-sale systems proficiency, construction products knowledge, sales analysis, inventory control, safety protocols knowledge, inventory management, team leadership, team building, retail management, financial target achievement, supplier relationship management, store operations management, problem-solving, interpersonal communication, customer service, decision-making, and sales data analysis.,
