Job Description

Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records. Regular stock checks and cycle counts. Identifying and addressing discrepancies in inventory. Preparing and submitting material requisitions for items that need to be replenished. Receiving and Dispatching Goods: Receiving and verifying incoming shipments. Organizing and storing goods according to established procedures. Preparing and dispatching outgoing orders. Store Operations and Maintenance: Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store or warehouse. Maintaining the store's layout and design to maximize space utilization. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols for storage and handling. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, including receipts and deliveries. Preparing reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and sales data. Coordination and Communication: Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement, finance, and operations. Communicating effectively with vendors and suppliers. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Other Potential Responsibilities: Assisting with product returns and exchanges. Coordinating with staff to ensure smooth operations. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Proficiency in inventory management software and systems .
