Key Result Areas of role Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Store Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our cold storage facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe storage and handling of raw materials Inventory control: Manage the daily operations of the cold storage facility, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. Temperature Control: Monitor and maintain optimal temperature levels within the cold store, ensuring compliance and regulatory standards. Stock verification: Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies Inventory reporting: Provide regular inventory reports to management . Store maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained in a safe and secure manner. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the integrity and quality of stored products.. Logistics management: Coordinate inventory receipt, storage, factories and planning team . Store security: Implement security measures to prevent theft, damage, or loss of inventory. Compliance: Ensure store operations comply with company policies, laws, and regulations. Maintain store records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of store operations, inventory, and customer transactions Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to store operations, inventory, and customer safety. Health and safety: Ensure store maintains a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff. Participate in company initiatives: Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide objectives. Attend meetings and training sessions: Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
