Job Description

Job Title: Store Executive / Senior Store Executive / Store In-Charge

Manage receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking of materials such as pipes (HDPE, DI, PVC), valves, fittings, pumps, electrical items, civil consumables, and project-specific components.
Maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN, issue slips, stock registers, daily inward/outward reports, and reconciliation statements.
Verify vendor delivery notes, challans, and invoices as per purchase orders.
Coordinate daily with procurement, planning, execution, and subcontractor teams for material requirements.
Prepare monthly stock statements and consumption reports.
Maintain digital records and generate MIS reports.
Monitor tools & tackles, machinery spares, and consumables issued to teams and subcontractors.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of store operations in
water, irrigation, pipeline, canal, or construction infrastructure projects
.
Good understanding of material specifications used in WTP, pumping stations, pipelines, and civil works.
Strong documentation, record-keeping, and inventory reconciliation skills.
Ability to handle large-volume materials at multiple work fronts.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical) or
B.Com / Any Graduate with strong stores experience (preferred in infra projects).
