Job Description

Experience: 4-5 Years of Experience in Store Management with Expertise in Lean Management and 5s System, Poka Yoke and one who has experience in modern warehouse practices knowledge. Key Responsibility: Implement and maintain the 5S System (Sort, set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the store area. Develop and lead the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques, focusing on waste reduction, process optimization, and value stream mapping. Analyze and identify areas for improvement in material flow, storage, and handling processes within the store. Develop and maintain inventory management systems and tools to track stock levels, material usage, and performance. Ensure that all store/warehouse operations are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
