As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations within the store or organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions. Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock outs and overstock situations. Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with records. Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and pricing fixed on the software. Coordinate the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and department wise issue. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. SKILLS SETS: Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management techniques, and supply chain principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word). Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. EDUCATION: Graduation.
