Store Assistant

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and smart Store & Operations Coordinator to support daily business activities at our gifting & hamper studio. This role involves order coordination, vendor management, inventory and expense tracking, and assisting with basic operational tasks. If you enjoy organization, communication, and hands-on work — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with vendors daily — florists, printers, delivery partners, auto/porter services, bakeries, etc. Manage order scheduling, pickups, and deliveries Maintain inventory records and update stock sheets regularly Track petty expenses, delivery charges, and billing details Handle calls/messages and maintain clear communication with clients and vendors Assist with day-to-day workflow inside the store as required Update data using Google Sheets / Excel Use AI tools when needed for simple tasks like documentation or basic content Requirements Proficiency in English (basic spoken + reading/writing is necessary) Mandatory: Basic computer skills — Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Email Familiarity with new tools / willingness to learn quickly Strong communication and coordination abilities Good at organization, time management, and multitasking Must be punctual, sincere, and responsible Ability to follow processes and update records accurately Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience in operations, admin, logistics, gifting, or creative field Background in vendor communication / shop coordination
