Reegal Industries is looking for 1 Manager and 2 Executives in the Dispatch and Material Handling Department. We are not strict with educational requirements. Anyone who can get the work done is welcome to join our team. Role & responsibilities For Manager: 1. Incoming Material (Inward): Receive materials as per Purchase Order (PO). Check quantity and quality as per PO specifications. 2. Process & Inventory Management: Maintain proper documentation of received materials. Ensure accurate storage and retrieval of materials. Follow the Minimum Operational Quantity (MOQ) for all materials. 3. Space & Material Handling: Plan and manage storage space efficiently. Ensure proper use of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Keep storage areas organized for smooth operations. 4. Daily Material Issue Process: Issue materials as per daily production requirements. Maintain records of material movement. 5. Stock & Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accuracy. Coordinate with the purchase team for material replenishment. 6. Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area. 7. Finished Goods Packing & Dispatch: Supervise proper packing of finished goods. Ensure proper labelling and stacking of materials. Ensure timely dispatch as per schedule. Coordinate with transporters for smooth deliveries. 8. Seasonal Workload Management: During peak seasons, an assistant will be provided for managing extra workload. Ensure smooth handling of increased dispatch and inventory flow. Key Responsibilities for Executive: Manage and oversee dispatch operations and logistics. Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff for timely deliveries. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities. Resolve any issues or delays in the dispatch process. Manage and oversee Inward material Salary: 1) Salary for Executive in the range of 15000-20000p.m 2) Salary for Manager in the range of 20000-30000p.m Depends on experience and education. Preference to be given to people living locally in Palghar and nearby locations
