As a Storage Support Specialist, you will support our team with various tasks related to inventory management and customer support. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, assisting with order processing, and providing excellent service to customers and team members. How you will do it Assist in the processing of inventory transactions and maintain accurate records. Support the team in order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Provide customer support by resolving inquiries and issues related to storage and inventory. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. Participate in regular inventory audits and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all tasks. Required 0-1 year of experience in a support role, preferably in inventory management or customer service. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Preferred Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes. Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
