We are hiring a Storage Specialist with deep domain expertise in NetApp and HPE 3PAR to join a dynamic, tech-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Administer, manage, and troubleshoot HPE 3PAR and NetApp storage environments. Configure and maintain advanced storage features like Snapshots, SnapVault, SnapMirror, Remote Copy, and Peer Motion. Support and manage storage protocols such as NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel (FC). Provide L3 support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Lead and support Disaster Recovery (DR) configurations, including replication and failover strategies. Contribute to performance optimization, capacity planning, and long-term infrastructure strategy. Required Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with NetApp and HPE 3PAR storage systems. Deep understanding of SVM/Cluster peering, export policies, and associated configurations. Strong troubleshooting capabilities and ability to handle complex storage / Bonus Skills : Familiarity with NASUNI and its integration with NFS/SMB and cloud storage platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
