SUMMARY The Data Center Infrastructure Team is responsible for managing Expeditors essential infrastructure. This infrastructure provides Expeditors the global connectivity, compute power, backups and storage to meet its growing demand to move freight. The Storage Administrator is responsible for the support, troubleshooting, installation, and deployment of Storage and Backups based systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Install, configure and manage all network attached storage (Dell PowerStore, Hitachi HNAS, Cohesity) Provides production support for arrays and fiber channel switches including after-hours on-call support Diagnose and isolate array, fiber channel switching, and application-related problems Perform hardware maintenance, repairs, replacements Ensure backups infrastructure is online and available Function as a subject matter expert for Storage and Backup related questions for other groups within Expeditors Provide recommendations to management through research and review of recent industry solutions in various Storage related technologies Create documentation and training material; provide training to others MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 10-15 Years of Experience in Storage Administration.
