About Company: Key Responsibilities: Relationship Executive- Sales & Marketing Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients HNIs and retail. Share portfolio updates, address client queries, and coordinate with dealers/investment teams for any client requests. Schedule client meetings, follow-ups, and performance review calls. Build long-term trust and help drive referral business. Operations & Admin Handle documentation for Demat & trading account openings. Coordinate with Sharekhan back-office and RMS for margin, trade approvals. Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates. Telecalling & Lead Follow-Up Call warm leads from campaigns, referrals, or walk-ins to explain Tradons services. Fix appointments for the acquisition team or schedule video/phone meetings. Maintain lead tracker, follow-up pipeline, and update feedback status. Assist in sending onboarding messages, welcome kits, and WhatsApp follow-ups.
