STIBO STEP MDM

Role Overview: You are being hired as a Stibo STEP MDM to join the team at Mastech InfoTrellis. Your main responsibilities will include gathering and interpreting Stibo STEP Trailblazer functional specifications and user requirements, designing and configuring workflows in STEP workbench, managing a team of offshore Stibo Developers, and supporting stibo upgrade from v9.1 to v10.1. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and interpret Stibo STEP Trailblazer functional specifications and user requirements for both Product and Vendor Master Data Management (MDM) Solutions - Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain applications on Stibo STEP Workbench - Manage a team of 5 offshore Stibo Developers and conduct code reviews - Assist in the development of test plans, support QA activities, and research defects in applications - Support stibo upgrade from v9.1 to v10.1 and configure IIEP/OIEP to manage incoming data - Develop and configure Match & Merge component to implement GDSN functionality - Analyze applications for compliance with security protocols Qualifications Required: - Extensive hands-on experience in Stibo STEP platform from a design and development perspective - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Stibo configuration and development - Extensive PIM and/or Vendor domain functional knowledge - Strong ability to research PIM software issues and recommend solutions - Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Investigation and diagnostic skills - Experience working in a team environment - Flexibility to lead the Development team as well as Support team - Flexibility to work in different time zones (shifts) in a 24x7 Support matrix Additional Details about the Company: Mastech InfoTrellis, a subsidiary of Mastech Digital, is a leading Data & Analytics Company that specializes in Master Data Management, Enterprise Data Integration, and Big Data Technologies.
