Job Description

The Steward / Waiter is responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating.
Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve promptly.
Ensure table setup is complete and presentable before service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.
Refill water, beverages, and attend to guest requests efficiently.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
Follow service standards and sequence of service as per hotel SOPs.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
Ensure proper billing and handover to the cashier.
Handle guest complaints politely and inform the supervisor if needed.
Adhere to safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
