Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in customer service with a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction at all times (Mandatory skill). Keen attention to detail to ensure the setup and cleanliness of dining areas. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Organizational skills to maintain a structured approach in a dynamic environment. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in setting up dining areas and ensuring tables are properly aligned. Provide exceptional service to guests, including taking and serving orders. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in all service areas. Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff for seamless service operations. Ensure prompt and efficient clearing of tables and reset for new guests. Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues politely and effectively. Support overall cleanliness and organization of the dining space.
