Job Description

Greet customers warmly as they approach the counter and assist them in placing their orders. Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all items are correctly entered into the system Collect payments from customers in a friendly and efficient manner, handling cash and card transactions with precision Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and maintain order accuracy Deliver orders to customers promptly, ensuring all items are included and presented neatly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, including restocking supplies as needed . Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times to ensure the health and safety of customers. Qualifications: Minimum qualification required is 10th Pass. Hotel Management degree or diploma will add an advantage. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing. Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
