We design hands-on learning programs that build creativity, problem-solving, and tech excellence across Africa. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to shape our technology and learning strategy. The CTO/CLO will drive innovation in STEM, robotics, AI, data science, and cybersecurity education, integrating cutting-edge technology into our programs and platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Lead development and implementation of STEMMOZ’s technology and learning strategy. • Oversee creation of innovative STEM curricula and digital learning platforms. • Identify, recruit, and train instructors in relevant STEM fields. • Manage tech infrastructure, digital tools, and data security. • Build partnerships with universities, tech firms, and government bodies. • Mentor and lead a diverse team of educators and technologists. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Education Technology (Master’s preferred). • 5+ years of leadership experience in the education or EdTech sector. • Expertise in robotics, AI, Python, data science, or cybersecurity. • Strong leadership, communication, and innovation skills.
