Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for a STEM Trainer. The STEM Trainer will be responsible for conducting STEM workshops, creating curriculum and lesson plans, guiding students through hands-on projects, and providing support and mentorship to foster a deep understanding of STEM subjects. The STEM Trainer will also collaborate with the team to develop educational resources and ensure the effective delivery of STEM education to students in rural areas.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in STEM subjects: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
• Experience in creating and conducting educational workshops
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop curriculum and lesson plans
• Experience with hands-on projects and practical teaching methods
• Excellent organizational and mentorship skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; teaching certification is a plus
• Passion for education and working in rural development
