Job Description

Plan and organize AICTE-ATAL approved Faculty Development Programs in emerging areas (e.g., AI, IoT, Data Science, Robotics, Pedagogy). Collaborate with subject experts, trainers, and speakers to design course content. Coordinate with host institutions, participants, and AICTE for smooth execution of programs. Ensure compliance with AICTE-ATAL guidelines, documentation, and reporting. Facilitate online/offline sessions and support academic engagement during the FDPs. Collect feedback, maintain records, and prepare reports for submission to AICTE. Promote programs through social media, institutional platforms, and other outreach channels. Monitor and evaluate the impact of FDPs and suggest improvements.
