Job Title: STEM Educator (Block Coding, Python, Robotics, Electronics & More)

Location: Fatehpura, Udaipur

Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Candidate should have a Personal Laptop.

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative STEM Educator to inspire and mentor school students in cutting-edge technologies like Block Coding, Python, Robotics, 3D Printing, Electronics, and Drones. This role goes beyond traditional teaching—you’ll design engaging workshops, prepare students for competitions, and foster a dynamic learning environment while collaborating with schools to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach and mentor students in STEM disciplines (Coding, Robotics, Electronics, etc.) through hands-on, interactive sessions.

- Develop creative educational resources and conduct engaging workshops/events.

- Train and guide junior team members while managing school-level operations.

- Prepare students for national/regional competitions and foster innovation.

- Collaborate with school management to align programs with organizational objectives.

- Maintain technical and administrative documentation as required.

- Conduct virtual training sessions and support senior team members in curriculum development.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Technical graduate (preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields).

- 2+ years of teaching experience (STEM subjects preferred).

- Strong expertise in Python, Block Coding, Robotics, or Electronics.

- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to design interactive, student-centric learning experiences.

- Must have a well-functioning laptop for instructional purposes.
