Job Description

As a Sales Manager in the Steel & Power Division, your main objective will be to drive sales and revenue growth by establishing strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring new clients in the steel and power sector, developing strategic sales plans, monitoring market trends, and managing client relationships effectively. Additionally, you may be required to lead and motivate a team of sales executives, prepare sales reports and forecasts, negotiate pricing and contracts with clients, and collaborate with various internal teams such as production, logistics, finance, and marketing. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. You should ideally have 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in the steel, power, or heavy manufacturing industries. Knowledge of steel products, the power sector (if applicable), and familiarity with regional markets and client segments will be beneficial. Strong negotiation and communication skills, a proven sales track record, strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools are essential skills for this position.
