Efficiency Team (Efficiency Head + Field Operations/Support) Job Title: Efficiency Head Operations & Field Services Company : Steamhouse India Ltd. Location : Surat / Dahej / Bharuch / Vapi Department : Efficiency Team / Operations / Field Services Job Summary We are establishing a dedicated Efficiency Department and are looking to hire both Junior and Senior Efficiency Executives/Managers. These roles will support and lead initiatives in energy management, field efficiency operations, and process optimization across the organization. A valid *BEE Certification (Energy Manager/Auditor)* and hands-on boiler experience are mandatory. Key Responsibilities - 1. Energy Management & Process Optimization Lead the companys energy-efficiency strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor boiler performance, steam systems, fuel consumption, and thermal efficiency. Conduct energy audits as per *BEE standards* and ensure regulatory compliance. Analyse operational/utility data to identify energy-saving and cost-reduction opportunities. Implement best practices in steam management, heat recovery, and utility optimization. Collaborate with maintenance & operations teams for efficiency-driven projects. 2. Field Operations & Customer Support Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and provide technical/operational support. Demonstrate products/services, collect feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve basic on-site issues or escalate to technical teams as needed. 3. Pipeline Management & Coordination Maintain customer pipeline; track leads, follow-ups, and movement toward closure. Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams for timely execution of customer requirements. Ensure smooth communication and quick turnaround time for all field-related activities. 4. Documentation, Reporting & Compliance Prepare energy-audit reports, efficiency dashboards, and technical documentation. Submit daily/weekly field activity reports and management summaries. Maintain records of customer visits, inquiries, service requests, and efficiency improvements. 5. Training & Team Development Train internal teams on energy-efficient practices, steam systems, and field operations. Drive awareness programs to promote best practices across the organization. - Requirements Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Diploma/B.E./B.Tech ). Mandatory: BEE Certified Energy Manager or Energy Auditor. 712 years of experience in *energy management, utilities, boiler operations, or process efficiency roles*. Hands-on experience with *boiler systems, thermal performance, and optimization*. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of energy audit tools & methods. Excellent communication, leadership, and project-management capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting tools). Ability to travel for field visits. - Preferred Skills Experience in large industrial/manufacturing plants. Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma , and continuous improvement methods. Familiarity with ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems. Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. Two-wheeler preferred for field travel.
