Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Formulate and implement station strategies, lead teams, and ensure alignment with company goals. Budget Management: Oversee station budgets, perform cost analysis, and ensure financial discipline. Operational Management: Plan resources, ensure station readiness, monitor quality and compliance with safety standards. Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer service excellence and resolve operational issues. Team Development: Track performance, guide development, and coordinate inter-unit activities. Stakeholder Relations: Maintain relationships with state authorities and external partners. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate record-keeping, adherence to procedures, and oversee employee training. Preferred candidate profile Education: A bachelor's degree in aviation management, business, or a related field. Skills: Strong leadership and team management. Knowledge of ground handling and airport operations. Excellent communication (English/Hindi). Problem-solving and customer service focus. Familiarity with safety and compliance standards (ISAGO, ISO).
