Static Equipment Design Engineer

Accountability & Responsibility

l Responsible for preparation, review strength & other design related calculations.

l Hands on experience for designing the static equipment/ pressure vessel using various softwares like PV Elite, compress, Nozzle Pro etc.

l Drawings review and approvals from clients throughout project execution.

l Project-related design document preparation and responsible for the updating documentation of the static equipment/ pressure vessel.

l Responsible for reading client's specifications, PR's preparation, design development, design review, and support of fabrication of static equipment/ pressure vessel design.

l Client/vendor visit as per work requirement.

Essential Skills

l 04-09 years’ experience in designing pressure vessels, process columns, heat exchangers, etc., the candidates preferred from heavy equipment manufacturing industries /EPC /design engineering consultancy.

l Familiar with international design codes like ASME, EN, PD-5500, and TEMA standards/codes and specifications.

l Proficient in applicable software, e.g. AUTOCAD, PV-Elite, Compress, Nozzle-pro, etc.

l Knowledge of Finite element analysis (FEA) and hands-on experience with software like Ansys will be added advantages.

l Multi-tasking and able to manage projects independently throughout the design life cycle.

l Communication with clients, and vendor,
