Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled State Technical Support Executive to manage product support, software demonstrations, and implementation activities across Assam. The ideal candidate should be comfortable providing on-site/remote technical guidance, handling client queries, and ensuring smooth adoption of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Demonstration & Training

  • Provide hands-on training sessions to users for smooth onboarding.
  • Explain core features, workflow, and benefits of the software in an easy and engaging way.

2. Technical Support & Issue Resolution

  • Act as the primary technical contact for state-level operations.
  • Troubleshoot software-related issues (installation, configuration, user errors, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the central technical team for escalations and timely resolution.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure seamless functioning of the software.

3. Implementation & Field Support

  • Assist in deployment and roll-out activities across districts.
  • Conduct site visits when required to provide technical and operational support.
  • Verify data flow, system usage, and report any gaps for improvements.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain logs of support, resolved cases, and user feedback.
  • Prepare daily/weekly status reports for management.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with district-level teams, project officers, and IT coordinators.
  • Ensure regular communication to improve system adoption and resolve issues quickly.
  • Participate in review meetings and share technical insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or IT/Computer Science/Engineering or a related field is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support, field support, or software implementation.
  • Strong understanding of software troubleshooting concepts.
  • Good communication and presentable personality (Hindi/English; Assamese is a plus).
  • Ability to travel within the state when required.
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in delivering software demos or training sessions.
  • Familiar with support management tools.
