Job Description

Role Overview: As a Logistics Operations Manager for a cluster of bioenergy plants, your main responsibility will be to lead and optimize logistics operations to ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of feedstock and CNG/CBG across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound movements of feedstock and CNG/CBG - Work towards value maximization, cost optimization, and finalization of freight - Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory flow - Appoint vendors and define freight requirements - Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams - Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards - Develop and implement logistics strategies - Manage vendor relationships and logistics contracts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA, Supply Chain, or a related field - 7-20 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the energy/biofuels sector - Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Additional Company Details: Location: Panipat & Jhajjar, Haryana,
