Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary) in assigned partner accounts for entire State Identify and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory. Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations. Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue. Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities Channel sales appointment development. Product promotion marketing activity. should be ensure implementation achievement of sales promotional schemes. Target mapping assignment as per geographical potential. Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner. Should be able to leverage on optimum utilization of team. Should have relevant experience of 12 -15 years. Should have experience of handling a team leading it to get the desired results. Should have network handling experience should be able to meet assigned targets. Should be from Automotive Batteries / Spare Parts/ lubricants industry preferably. Should have relevant product knowledge. Have geographical knowledge of the territory. Good written and Verbal communication team handling skills. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Technical (Diploma / B. TECH) / Non Technical ( Graduate, any stream)
