Job Description

Position Summary :


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing, developing and implementing Servify's channel sales strategy across the AP & Telangana region aligned with business objectives.
  2. Achieve ambitious sales targets; monthly, quarterly, and annual with a focus on revenue and growth.
  3. Build, develop, and sustain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners to strengthen sales effectiveness.
  4. Identify talent gaps, determine hiring needs for the sales function, and lead the selection process for new team members.
  5. Identify new market opportunities and expand market presence through new partner acquisition and onboarding with strategic business development initiatives.
  6. Champion OEM warranty and Trade-in programs; drive high adoption rates across the channel.
  7. Analyze market trends and competition, implementing solutions for business growth and differentiation
  8. Collaborate with OEM and internal cross-functional teams to enable operational excellence and resolve partner or customer issues swiftly.
  9. Balance new channel partner/account acquisition (Hunting) with nurturing and growing existing relationships (Farming).
  10. Managing budgets, overseeing performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  11. Provide detailed reporting, forecasting, and conduct regular business reviews to track performance and drive accountability.


Requirements:


  1. Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA from a recognized institute is a plus.
  2. Minimum 8+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or related leadership roles.
  3. Proven track record as a State Sales Head or equivalent senior leadership role.
  4. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performance sales teams.
  5. Strong ability to measure and analyze performance indicators, including ROI and KPIs to drive strategic decision making.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build collaborative partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
  7. Strong organizational capabilities coupled with a proactive problem solving attitude; Bias for action.
  8. In-depth industry expertise in smartphone, consumer electronics, fintech, with respect to VAS programs.
  9. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications; (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Tableau and AI tools with data-driven approach to performance management is a plus
  10. Willingness to travel up to 45–50% within the assigned territory.
