State In-Charge (AGM / DGM) Uttar Pradesh Company: Shyam Steel Manufacturing Limited Department : Retail Marketing Location : Kolkata Experience : 15 to 20 years in sales in Cement / Steel / Building Materials. Cement Industry is preferred. Should have exposure and experience of working in assigned region with a strong network base Qualification : Graduate / MBA Responsibilities :- Support to achieve monthly & yearly sales Targets of Uttar Pradesh region and enhance of market share. Help Sales team in appointment of new dealers throughout the region. Follow up with distributor and sales person district wise for payment & primary sales. Contribute in new business development. Help Management to formulate discounts, schemes, also assist in manpower restructuring process. Dealer Management. Competitor’s activities report. Team management. Periodic visits to go-downs and stock monitoring. Review – legal, market, branding, dealer for secondary sales. Monitoring the support of engineers, contractors etc. Skills :- Proficient in techno-commercial segment, Product & Sales Knowledge, Analytical Skills, Effective Business Communication, Negotiation, Conflict Management & Resolution, Improvement Orientation, Interpersonal Skills, Coaching and Mentoring skills, Skilled in Sales Tracking Software
