We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our sales operations as State Head, Sales Division . Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Strategy Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market expansion targets. Identify new business opportunities to strengthen Company market presence. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly. 2. Cash & Carry Management Oversee and optimize cash and carry sales operations to maximize revenue and efficiency. Develop relationships with key bulk buyers, institutional clients, and direct-to-retailer sales channels. Implement pricing strategies and stock replenishment plans for cash-and-carry outlets. 3. Distribution & Retail Network Expansion Strengthen and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners . Ensure optimal product availability and visibility across sales channels. Conduct periodic reviews and audits to assess distribution performance. 4. Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring continuous learning and performance excellence. Track sales performance through KPIs, data analytics, and market trends , providing strategic insights. Conduct regular sales training and development programs. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and pricing strategies. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred), Graduation with 5+ years experience. Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles , preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG . Proven experience in cash-and-carry sales management is mandatory . Strong understanding of distribution networks, institutional sales, and modern retail formats . Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities. Data-driven decision-making with expertise in sales analytics and forecasting . Ability to handle multiple sales channels, including B2B, B2C, and institutional clients . Why Join US?
