Job Purpose
State Head Home Loan and Suvidha LAP, direct plays a pivotal role in driving the acquisition and growth of the Home Loan/Suvidha portfolio by leveraging the bank's existing customer base. This role is responsible for sourcing business through internal channels, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring superior customer experience. The position demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to compliance standards to meet business targets across assigned geographies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Generate Home Loan leads and drive disbursements through the bank's customer base across branches.
- Collaborate with branch banking, relationship managers, and internal teams to identify and convert potential customers.
- Ensure productivity norms are met for lead conversion and disbursal.
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers and Territory Managers.
- Train and motivate team members and branch staff on product features, sales processes, and customer handling.
- Build strong relationships with branch heads and cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth lead generation and closures.
- Act as the single point of contact for Home Loan requirements of existing customers in the area.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to expedite approvals and documentation.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly business performance.
- Share market feedback and insights with senior management for strategic refinement.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Home Loan/Suvidha products, lending norms, and documentation.
- Identify and convert sales opportunities from existing customer relationships.
- Promote digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and cross-functional coordination.
- Support branches and teams in using banking systems and customer management platforms.
Education
- Graduation: BA / BCom / BSc / BBA / BCA / BE / BTech or any other graduate.
Experience
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in BFSI sector
