Role & responsibilities

• Strategic planning and execution:

  Develop and implement state-level strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

• Team leadership:

  Manage, motivate, and train a high-performance team, including sales staff, to drive growth and ensure effective performance.

• Sales and business development:

  Oversee all sales activities, drive revenue growth, manage relationships with banking partners, and identify new business opportunities.

• Market analysis:

  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance data to identify opportunities and risks.

• Compliance and operations:

  Ensure all business activities comply with state and national regulations and resolve operational issues for partners.

• Budget and resource management:

  Manage the state-level budget, resources, and personnel effectively.

• Stakeholder management:

  Represent the company in meetings, negotiate with partners, and build key relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

• Insurance Background having hands-on experience in agency vertical in a General Insurance Company or an Insurance Brokerage Firm.
• Graduation degree in any stream and have strong communication skills.
• Awareness of Motor & General Insurance and have the zeal to be a Pro in Sales.
• Experience from 10 year to 15 years.
• Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard.
• Proficiency and fluency in English, Kannada and any other local language preferable.
