Key Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for designing a strategic Sales & Marketing plan and will also be responsible for implementing the same to expand and consolidate Company's liquor business in his designated State. He will also be responsible of head hunting to find people with good experience and abilities of salesmanship at the grass root level to build a strong sales team under his leadership. The person will be responsible for achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. He will be responsible for finding a distributor cum investor with strong financial background to handle company's liquor business in the designated State. He will also be responsible for effectively working with the said distributor cum investor as a team for the growth of the company's liquor business in the State. The person will be responsible to Identify new emerging brands/segments and market shifts while being fully aware of the status of all the products in competition with respect to their costing, rebates, marketing activities, sales volumes. The person will handle all the works related to Excise Department and with other Government departments for the smooth functioning of company’s liquor business in the State. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person
