As a candidate for the position, you should be between 21 to 40 years old as of 01.01.2022 and hold a Diploma or B.E. degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or IT. Freshers and individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** - Co-create and implement the operational plan and strategic vision for the state/zone. - Conduct surveys, prepare and dispatch materials, and oversee installation, power-on, and SAT. - Plan surveys, procure critical materials, prepare bills of material, and inspect materials. - Guide installation teams, assign service engineers, and manage various work-related portals. - Coordinate with clients, service engineers, and higher management. - Possess good communication, integrity, decisiveness, problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational, planning, and project management skills. - Have sound knowledge of MS Office tools, be flexible, adaptable, dedicated, and cost-conscious. **Qualifications Required:** - Must hold a Diploma or B.E. degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or IT. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and a Regional Language is required. - Good spoken and written communication skills. - Integrity, decisiveness, investigative and analytical abilities. - Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, planning skills, and project management skills. - Ability to coordinate with clients, service engineers, and higher management. - Sound knowledge of MS Office tools. - Flexibility, adaptability, dedication, and cost-consciousness.
