Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Stat Programmer with 5 to 12 years of experience to join our team at Syneos Health, located in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in R/R Shiny and be able to work on complex statistical analysis projects.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines using R/R Shiny.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement statistical models and algorithms.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights.
  • Design and develop data visualizations to effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with data scientists and statisticians to integrate statistical models into larger systems.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough testing and quality control checks.

Job Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in R/R Shiny programming languages.
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing scalable data processing pipelines.
  • Excellent understanding of statistical concepts and modeling techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies used in statistical programming.
